Plant Growers Australia is a nationally and internationally known progressive wholesale nursery looking for a skilled Reception and Administration person to join our team.
You will be great at making people feel at ease when entering or calling the business and enjoy working in a small office environment.
Flexible Hours;
- Monday to Wednesday 8.00 to 4.30 or
- Monday to Thursday school hours
About the role:
- Reception duties including incoming calls and customer enquires
- Work with and provide customers with solutions
- Processing customer orders and credits
- Assist with new product releases to Bunnings and independent nurseries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- General office administration
Key Essential Competencies:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Comfortable working in a small team environment
- Attention to detail
- Honest and reliable
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Word and Excel
