Highlighting the importance of this role:We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Site Supervisor to join our team.Utilising your leadership experience and background in Human Services, you will lead a team of dedicated Support Workers, while ensuring the quality of service for our customers.In this heavily Administration based role, your priority will be to supervise site operations while maintaining accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.The successful candidate will be able to take initiative to solve problems whilst operating in adherence to established work practices.This role is working Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours.Duties will include:

• Supporting the financial performance of the Home service site through effective management of operating expenditure in line with budget
• Ensuring team member awareness of each individual requirements
• Providing support that aligned to the person’s plans, goals and any other requirements, including but not limited to all aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment is provided
• Delivering and encouraging others in the accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an accurate audit trail and maintenance of progress notes

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience supervising site operations and delivering services aligned with organisational policies and procedures
• Experience in the Disability sector or Aged Care and ideally with complex behaviours
• Ability to be creative, confident and adaptable when providing support to people with a disability.
• Effectively support and assist our people to live their best life.
• Proven interpersonal and communication skills and ability to grow relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Problem solving skills, to successfully identify problems, develop solutions and implement these using a logical and systematic approach
• A Certificate III in Disability and/or Certificate III in Individual Support will be highly regarded
