Address Successful Builder Seeks Site Supervisors for Southside Projects Your new company Your new company has been operating in SEQ for over a decade, creating a fantastic reputation with their clients, employees and subcontractors. Our client works closely with the Queensland Government and creates over 100+ social housing dwellings annually. Due to a number of project wins, they are now seeking experienced Site Supervisors to join their team. Your new role In your new role as Site Supervisor, you will be tasked with the daily operation of medium-rise residential projects based across Logan and Brisbane Bayside. You will be in charge of the daily operations of the projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out in an efficient and safe manner. You will be able to read and interpret plans, ensuring that the scope of work carried out by subcontractors is adhered to. What you'll need to succeed
You will lean on your previous experience working as a Site Supervisor/Site Manager on multi-residential projects. You will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications:
QBCC Medium-Rise Licence (Builder or Supervisor)
Experience as a Site Supervisor on Multi-Residential Projects
Trade Qualification
Vast Experience in South-East Queensland Construction Industry
