Home Support WorkerJob Details:
- Regal Care is a purpose-driven Home Care Agency registered NDIS provider in Melbourne.
- We support NDIS participants, Aged Care recipients, and private clients.

- Personal care such as showering, grooming, or dressing.
- Social support with companionship or attending to the community for appointments or recreational activities.
- Capacity-building activities to assist with learning new skills or increasing independence.
- Domestic assistance such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, or light household cleaning and assistance.
- Recording attendance through a smartphone application as well as a summary of tasks completed.
- The ideal candidate would be someone who can be proactive in supporting an individual with unique needs and preferences in their daily living activities.
- They would also need to commit to work arrangements required to attend to the physical, psychological, and social support needs of our clients – we offer flexibility for work within school hours!
- National Police Check (Less than a year old).
- Driver’s License.
- Comprehensively insured, registered, and well-maintained car.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or a similar discipline.
- Aged Care, Disability, Home and Community Care, and Personal Assistance.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar role.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Working with Children Check is advantageous.

- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks referred to in the position overview.
- Ability to meet compliance and qualification criteria referred to in requirements.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work at least three days a week.
- Registered, road-worthy, and insured vehicle.
