Prestigious Gardens is an East Adelaide based company focusing on delivering professional and prestigious Horticultural, Landscaping and Design services by qualified professionals. 
 

We have multiple vacancies available for Horticulturists (Casual and FT), Horticultural Team Leaders (FT), and Apprentice Horticulturists (FT). 
 

We are looking for people who are reliable, punctual, and well-presented, with the ability to prioritise tasks; you will also: 

• be passionate about plants and creating/managing aesthetically pleasing gardens for others 
• have well developed communication skills 
• have a ‘sleeves rolled up / can do’ attitude and a willingness to take direction. 
   

Horticulturists must have: 

• a formal qualification in Horticulture and/or Grounds Maintenance, minimum Certificate III level 
• some post-graduation experience in a similar role 
• an understanding of pest and disease management programmes 
• current experience operating a range of gardening equipment, and undertaking basic maintenance 
• an interest in high end residential Horticultural management and maintenance. 
   

Horticultural Team Leadersplay a key role in customer satisfaction and must fulfil the above requirements of a Horticulturist as well as having: 

• at least 1 years’ experience leading a small team, including employee development through training and task diversity 
• a Diploma in Horticulture is preferred, but not essential 
• above average attention to detail 
• a proven track record of delivery exceptional customer satisfaction.
