Job description

WillingWorkers is one of Australia's largest Horticulture Labour Hire companies servicing many of Australia's largest Agribusinesses for 18 years.
We are recruiting for the following roles for the 2024 harvest season in the Bowen Region:
Packing of Fruit & Vegetables - 100 positions
- 9 months per year (Apr – Dec)
- average minimum weekly work hours: 35 - 45 hours/week
- casual pay rate $28.26/hour + Super
- Physical fitness required
Due to the physical demands of these positions and regular periods of hot and humid weather, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated.
All Personal Protection attire and equipment necessary for each role is provided.
We provide full on-site training with strong attention to WH&S and optimum working conditions.
