Main Duties and Responsibilities:

We're seeking individuals experienced in:

- Pruning and hedging

- Plant grooming

- Irrigation management and maintenance

- Pest and disease identification and treatment

- Tree and garden plant outs

- Rooftop gardens and green wall management

- And a variety of other tasks that keep skilled gardeners and horticulturalists on their toes.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Demonstrated industry experience
• Relevant horticultural qualifications
• Management skills - preferred
• Garden tools and equipment competency - expected
• Current Driver’s License
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and upskill
• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team
• Ability to keep up with the physical demands of the job.
• Must have, or willing to complete a National Police Check
