This will include playground operations, reserves mowing and maintenance, nature strip mowing, tree maintenance, turf mowing and landscape teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and Leadership:- Supervise and lead a team of horticulturists, gardeners, and support staff.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on best practices in horticulture and park maintenance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
- Develop and manage budgets for horticultural projects and maintenance activities.
This will be a temporary role to start leading to permanent opportunities for the right person.
