We are based in North West Victoria (Swan Hill) in the heart of Australia’s “food bowl” with a great reputation for delivering high quality fruit and leading innovation in the industry.  About the role Cutri Fruit requires a Horticulture Section Manager to ensure that crop treatments are carried out as per established procedures and operators are trained to discharge their respective duties. This position is full-time, and may be required to work shifts, including weekends. This position reports to the GM Orchards. Ensure that all specification for tree management and planting are satisfied Assess quality of work and take corrective actions where applicable Ensure that trees are managed as per company procedures Liaise with GM Orchards / Agronomist where required Ensure that all equipment is maintain as per procedures Monitor tree performance to ensure growth rate is acceptable Ensure all records are maintained Ensure all crops are labelled correctly Carrying out instructions and attending to all ancillary farming activities as directed by Management; Ensuring a safe fruit farm working environment   Skills / Experience required (key competencies, must haves): A proven record of skills and knowledge in agriculture/horticulture; Have considerable experience, fundamental knowledge and skills in farm operation; Trustworthy person who can be relied upon; Able to analyse and solve problems Be a responsible person who can work in a team environment; Enthusiastic, professional attitude and understanding of the objectives of the business Skill Level: At least Cert IV or equivalent AND 1 year relevant post qualifications experience  
Salary being offered is between $63,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience.
