Our company are experienced in the residential sector on the Central Coast, Hunter Valley, Sydney and country NSW.
Our projects are approached in a personal collaborative effort through the varying phases of a design concept to a detailed landscape plan, the design implementation through high quality construction and skilled garden maintenance to ensure our gardens reach their full potential.
Our design responds to the architecture of the site, the surrounding environment, with attention to personal individuality. Built projects encompass practicality, skill and knowledge, ensuring a high-quality finish. Maintained gardens are nurtured with experience and dedication.

SENIOR HORTICULTURIST
The successful applicant must be passionate about plants, inspired to develop gardens and build relationships with clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Extensive plant knowledge and experience with managing pests, diseases and irrigation.
- Experience within the garden or similar industry
- Skilled working with tools
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aiming to achieve a high level of horticulture for our clients.
- Your tasks will include planting, pruning, weeding, lawn services, fertilising, and general garden care.
- Encourage responsiveness
- Setting expectations
- Communicating clear expectations of all tasks
- Coach and mentor apprentices, share experiences and lessons learned to increase firms’ common knowledge.
- Travel within a company vehicle to service multiple gardens across Central Coast with limited days in The Hunter Valley and Sydney
CREDENTIALS
- Current driver’s license required
- Permanent Australia resident with full working rights
APPRENTICE HORTICULTURIST
The successful applicant must be passionate about gardens and working in the outdoors.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Positive attitude in all facets of a working day
- An honest and strong work ethic
- Show Initiative in the daily tasks
- Ability to work under instructions of a team leader
- Bring enthusiasm to your role
- Initiative to grow your skills through your apprenticeship training
- Aiming to be competent in horticulture techniques.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Your tasks will include planting, pruning, weeding, lawn services, fertilising, and general garden care.
- Travel to service multiple gardens across Central Coast.
- A willingness to travel, study and complete TAFE in Cert III Parks and Gardens

- Current driver’s license required
- Permanent Australia resident with full working rights
