THE POSITION
Wilson Security require multiple Hospital Security Guards in Katherine!
You will have the chance to learn, grow and thrive in your career.
To be considered, it is essential you have excellent conflict resolution skills and 24-7 availability. To be successful you must have/be able to:
- Current Northern Territory Security Licence and a
First Aid Certificate
- Working with children check
- Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating rosters
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Must have good conflict resolution skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Full working rights
Role Description :
· Provide a safe environment
- Risk identification and issue resolution
- Control
Room Operations
- Foot patrolling across different sections
- General customer service
- Responding to emergency alarms and being alert
- Liaising with Emergency services
- Searching/escorting
- Locking and unlocking of facilities
