AddressVentia is seeking a Hospitality Admin & Catering Rostering Co-ordinator for the upcoming US Marine rotation. This role is primarily Monday to Friday but may include some weekend/on call work. As part of the Hospitality team, you will be required to organise and monitor a rostering system which encompasses 5 busy messes delivering daily catering services to Defence members.
Immediate start - October 2024.
Specific requirements of the role will include:
- Ensure Hospitality & Catering, across all sites, are adequately staffed by analysing and understanding the make-up of the current workforce
- Back filling vacancies on rosters
- Actioning roster changes for BOH & FOH staff members
- Assisting Supervisors with staffing issues
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Hospitality and Catering service delivery is preferred but not essential
- Intermediate IT skills
- The ability to learn online rostering systems
Special conditions:
- This position requires you to pass an Australian Federal Police check
- Must have working rights
- Must have a car/transport to base
