ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or “villages” for remote workers, providing essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, and freshly laundered work wear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home.
Do you specialise in the following areas:
All Level Housekeepers and Village Cleaners:
- Clean premises and equipment
- Apply odour control
- Clean external surfaces (includes hand washing, spraying, rinsing, scraping, spot cleaning and/or squeegeeing)
- Clean window coverings and walls
- Dust hard surfaces
- Perform basic stain removal, polish fixtures and fittings
- Remove waste.
- Wipe, scrub and/or disinfect hard surfaces (e.g., sinks, counter tops, toilets etc)
Mandatory Skills or Qualifications for Team Lead or Supervisor Roles
- 1 – 2 years’ experience managing in a hospitality or hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of health and safety or food safety experience will be highly considered.
- The ability to work autonomously and successfully manage a team.
- Speciality Cleaning – Mine site (Drivers Licence Essential)
- Cleaning toilet blocks
- Transportable block cleaning (Office spaces)
- General cleaning of grounds waste around the mining village
Catering Attendant:
- Maintain clean and tidy dining/kitchen areas
- Clean and maintain public areas
- Clean, sanitise and store equipment.
- Clean tables and surrounds
- Handle waste and linen
- Receive and rotate stock.
- Replenish supplies in dining area.
- Knowledge and understanding of food hygiene
