The Position:
Kitchen/Bar: Your tasks will include, but not limited to. Cleaning the kitchen, dish/pot wash, rubbish removal, restocking food items, cleaning kitchen equipment, mopping/scrubbing floors, chemical handling, stock unloading, cleaning dining rooms, restocking bar/drink items, vacuuming/mopping, till operation, serving drinks
Mine site Cleaning: Your tasks will include, but not limited to. Cleaning offices, cleaning toilet blocks, cleaning tea shacks, rubbish removal, restocking and cleaning crib huts, chemical handling.
Housekeeping: Your tasks will include, but not limited to. Making linen packs, scrubbing bathrooms, cleaning toilets, changing bedsheets, making beds, restocking linen trolleys, dusting, mopping, vacuuming & other various tasks
The Person:
Team players with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
Ability to work long shifts (11-hour days) in a fast-paced environment
Experience in food service and preparation
Experience in general maintenance, housekeeping, or cleaning
Current Police Check or willingness to apply
Flexible to work in all areas and including nightshift
