Role Detail
No weekend work required in this exciting new role! Our Brisbane office is on the lookout for a hospitality all-rounder to provide coverage on a casual basis, assisting with both front of house and back of house duties.
Our friendly and close-knit Hospitality team (as part of the broader Business Services team) are an in-house function specialising in providing our clients and staff with an exceptional experience as soon as they step onto the client floor. You will play a key role in making it all happen, providing outstanding service with a friendly touch.
From attending to our boardrooms, to putting your coffee skills to work, to assisting in the kitchen - no day will be the same. A passion for providing outstanding customer service is a must, as well as a great attitude, solid hospitality experience and high standards of professionalism and presentation.
About You
If you're an adaptable and vibrant front of house hospitality professional seeking a casual role in a premium corporate setting, this will suit you down to the ground! We'd also like to see:
- Experience as a food and beverage attendant/wait staff - exposure to a corporate hospitality, hotel or fine dining environment an advantage
- Strong client service skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy and all times
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- A flexible approach with a team-player mindset - a willingness to jump in and assist wherever needed is essential
- Barista skills highly regarded
- Impeccable grooming
- General food and wine knowledge
- Certified in Responsible service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office software highly regarded
