Your part in the Blue Care Team

This is a unique employment opportunity for Hospitality workers to restore their work life balance and gain employment in one of Australia’s fastest growing industries. As a Hospitality Officer, you will be driven, organised and take pride in your presentation and providing support to residents with the following task: 

• Undertake catering and/ or housekeeping services in accordance with designated role or roster.
• Foster a professional working relationship with the village residents and team members and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Ensure all equipment is used and stored according to manufacturer’s instructions and organisational guidelines.
• Report any defects in equipment or other hazards.
• Report any resident feedback and complaints and participate in resolution and quality improvement practices.
• Ensure a safe environment for self, residents and all other persons in the village by taking a proactive approach to health and safety, by identifying risks and actioning remedies.

What makes a difference for us? 

• Prior hospitality experience in kitchen or cleaning
• Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
• Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.
