Role Description

This is a full-time Mon - Fri on-site role based in our Eight Mile Plains office for an experienced Talent Recruiter. This is an exciting opportunity for a superstar hospitality recruiter to grow our growing team. You will be a driven, experienced candidate in end to end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The right candidate will play a pivotal role being responsible for both temporary and permanent vacancies, including advertising, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, reference and employment checks and facilitating the hiring process with concise notes and recommendations to HR & operations team. Additionally, the Talent Recruiter will provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment Experience Essential
  • Experience in fast paced full-cycle recruitment processes
  • High level of customer service to candidates and talent pools
  • Knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
  • Ability to effectively interview and assess candidates
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast pace and dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive approach along with a natural ability to use your own initiative to problem solve
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in the facilities management industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality /Human Resources or related field desirable
