Due to this rapid growth, we are excited to currently have 2 roles within our high performing Internal Talent team at CMR.
We have a brand newly created role of Team Lead, and we are also seeking a further recruiter to keep up with our growing teams.
As the Internal Recruiter / Talent Specialist you will be excited to build talent pools and work your own end to end recruitment portfolio to ensure we continue to attract and retain the best recruiters. This will allow CMR to continue to create great experiences to our customers, improving Healthcare outcomes throughout Australia.
You will love:
- developing and nurturing your LinkedIn Recruiter projects,
- engaging with your online community to build brand awareness,
- be able to attract new talent through other sources and projects,
- celebrating and being the champion within the DEI space
- attending networking events
- engaging and influencing key stakeholders
- being a CMR Brand Ambassador (and cheer leader!)
