Your Role:
This is an all-rounder team based role contributing the operational need of our residential homes within Calwell, Stirling in the ACT and Queanbeyan in NSW. Drawing on your skills your role will support the home in the role of cleaning, laundry and kitchen hand.
During your work day you will be building positive relationships with our residents and teams to support a ‘Great Life’ for our residents.

On-boarding:
If your application is successful, you will be required to commence employment to our On-boarding Program. Our training is hosted by our internal educators and will cover all things Warrigal and the essential skills that will set you up for success.
To be successful you will need:
- Experience in Aged Care highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in hospitality services
- Demonstrated empathy of the older person
- Understanding of food safety and safe chemical use
- Ability to connect with and support your team
- Proven experience in delivering high levels customer service
- Proficient in technology, devices and software
