Job Description: As the Host Membership, Reservations & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional service delivery, fostering member engagement, and driving strategic marketing initiatives. This multifaceted position offers the opportunity to work closely with both our esteemed guests and internal teams to cultivate an unforgettable dining experience and promote our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a memorable first impression.
• Manage membership inquiries, applications, and renewals, providing personalized assistance to prospective and existing members.
• Coordinate member events, tastings, and special promotions to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to curate exclusive member experiences and promotions.
• Maintain accurate membership records and assist in the analysis of membership trends and preferences.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to expand our membership base and brand visibility.
• Act as a brand ambassador both onsite and at external events, promoting our values and unique offerings.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or membership management roles is highly desirable.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced, hospitality environment.
