A new position has opened up for a PBX & VoIP Technical & Provisioning Specialist. We're seeking a dynamic, positive and up and coming VoIP legend to join our team.

THE ROLE

As a Technical & Provisioning Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Small to Large Clients.

You will be actively involved in presales, provisioning & Technical Support by phone and email.

You will provide ongoing support, make requested changes to the system, and diagnose and resolve any issues that arise.

This role also favours a diverse technical skillset as well as the ability to perform a client engagement, initiate opportunities for improvement, and analytical problem-solving. Previous experience working in Hosted Voice Space is essential.

Preferably you will have experience with – 

• PBXware and Asterisk Based PBX systems.
• SIP Trunk BroadSoft provisioning on and management.
• Number porting process and validation.
• PBX configuration from scope to management
• Telco Carrier Liaison

We don't expect you to have all of the above experience, but you will be required to adapt quickly.
