- Assist in the operations of the bistro, bar and function rooms
- Ability to manage staff and coordinate/conduct training
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimise costs including beverage, overheads and staff cost
- Manage end of shift time sheets and update roster changes where required
- Coordinate beverage ordering and stock
- Run POS systems, updates and online reservations system
- Ensure sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness of all areas is adhered to
- Maintain a professional image, including cleanliness and appearance standards
- Assist running of functions and events
- Supervise the food and beverage team on shift

- Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Victorian RSA Certificate
- Hospitality qualifications preferred
- Barista certificate preferred
- Hold a current Victorian driver’s licence and have own transport
