If you thrive on a fast paced environment delivering high end customer service, making guest experiences special every time then this is the place for you.
As the face of the restaurant you will provide our guests with a familiar and friendly atmosphere on arrival of bookings and reserving a table in person or via email.
As the host you would also need to have an awareness and hands on approach of service, guiding the team to ensure reservations run to time and our customer’s requests are met. You would be responsible for maximising reservations and availability for walk-in customers using our reservations system, 7Rooms.
REQUIREMENTS
- Well presentable at all times as the face of the restaurant
- Has an excellent memory for faces and names
- Has previous experience in hospitality, ideally with some experience waiting tables or bartending
- Has good communication skills in person, email and over the phone
- Has a decent knowledge of computer skills and reservation systems
- Has a bright and bubbly personality and thrives in a busy environment
This role is suitable for someone looking for part-time or additional work and must be available every Friday for dinner service, Saturday lunch and dinner service.
