Hot And Cold Work Planner

Due to winning new projects KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for a Hot and Cold work Planner for a local project in Geelong, Victoria.  

Please note that this is LOCAL only and no FIFO applications will be accepted.  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive plans for Hot and Cold work activities, taking into consideration safety, quality, and project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all Hot and Cold work activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
• Create detailed work schedules and communicate them effectively to the project team.
• Monitor and update project plans as necessary, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of Hot and Cold work activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and adherence to safety protocols.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve planning processes.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within Construction / Oil and Gas industries.
• Strong understanding of Safety regulations and best practises for Hot and Cold work.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly driven and organised individual
• Natural passion for leadership and ability to motivate and drive your team.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and data base skills including MS Office Suite
