Situated at the heart of Sydney's CBD, nestled at the foot of the renowned Darling Harbour, APX Darling Harbour is a serviced apartment complex known for its excellence. We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic individual to become a valued member of our team. Your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks, including:

• Greeting and welcoming arriving guests, verifying reservation details, and facilitating the check-in process.
• Managing room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, with meticulous record-keeping of guest information and preferences.
• Providing information about hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handling guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, while maintaining accurate financial records and managing cash transactions.
• Coordinating guest needs or special requests with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, or room service.
• Ensuring the reception desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will:

• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Exhibit the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
• Display flexibility regarding workdays, including evenings and weekends.
