We are currently on the lookout for a motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic individual to become a valued member of our team. Your responsibilities will span a variety of tasks, including:
- Greeting and welcoming arriving guests, verifying reservation details, and facilitating the check-in process.
- Managing room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, with meticulous record-keeping of guest information and preferences.
- Providing information about hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Handling guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods, while maintaining accurate financial records and managing cash transactions.
- Coordinating guest needs or special requests with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, or room service.
- Ensuring the reception desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
- Display flexibility regarding workdays, including evenings and weekends.
