Hotel Manger / Licensee

Parkview Hotel 

We are looking for an experienced Licensee/Senior Manager to join our team at the iconic Parkview Hotel in Orange. Our ideal candidate has worked in a similar style venue and is comfortable managing a multi-faceted business. We value personality, commitment and a can do attitude as the keys to success

This position will report directly to the owner 

The successful applicant will possess:

• A minimum of 3 to 4 years management experience and a strong knowledge in all aspects of running a busy Hotel.
• Current RSA and RCG certificates
• Extensive knowledge of operating a gaming and TAB venue with proven results. 
• A knowledge of bistro operations and an ability to work closely with the Head Chef in the venue
• Effectively manage and monitor licensing requirements
• A hands-on approach to management and operations with the Hotel
• Develop a team that will be trained in all aspects on the operation. Beverage, food and gaming 
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and troubleshoot when rostering problems occur.
• Ability to operate and manage a stock control software. 
• An understanding of hotel related technology systems. 
• Organised, motivated, and courteous.
• Willingness and/or Ability to complete Licensee Course NSW – .
• Additionally – Ability to show understanding of Industry benchmarks
