The GURNER™ Wellness division was born through a deep passion for health and wellness and a profound desire to help people live their most ultimate life. Our luxurious private clubs serve as sanctuaries for both body and mind, inviting members to shed stress, revitalise their energy, forge connections, and ultimately, elevate their wellbeing to unprecedented levels. Our mission is simple yet profound: to cultivate rejuvenation and vitality beyond imaginable.
Our clubs offer community, connection, mindfulness, movement, strength, fitness, recovery, nutrition, and personal care. They combine ancient wisdom and scientific findings to create truly special spaces dedicated to anti-aging, wellness, recovery, and transformation.
Our first club has been an incredible success. We are now in an exciting growth phase, looking for the next team of champions (both FT and PT roles) to shape our brand new South Yarra club, opening in the coming months!

The Position
Our housekeepers are the backbone of our luxurious Private Wellness clubs, playing the most important role in maintaining its pristine, welcoming condition. They are swift, efficient, and deeply caring, dedicated to ensuring our club is impeccably clean and all amenities are in perfect order—fresh towels, products, clean glasses, fresh drinks, and other small but crucial details that enhance our members' experiences. If you have a talent for exquisite order and a background in high-end environments, this could be the perfect role for you.
We are seeking individuals who take great pride in the club's presentation. Ideally, you will have housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort environment, an eye for detail, and the ability to work to excellent standards within scheduled time frames. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys proactive and rewarding work, building connections, and making a positive impact, especially if you have an interest in health and wellness.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the club is impeccable clean and orderly at all times
- Restocking essential items in the clubs, e.g., towels, glasses, drinking fountains
- Proactively managing all cleaning tasks with high attention to detail and time effectiveness
- Building positive relationships with members and the team, supporting with all inquiries related to venue appearance and experience
- Presenting yourself in a professional manner, maintaining a high standard of grooming and presentation
The Successful Candidate
- Experience in the hospitality industry including but not limited to 5-star hotel, restaurant, spa or wellness centre experience preferred
- You have strong attention to detail and value immaculate presentation
- You are member obsessed! You know what it takes to make someone feel special with your attentive focus and actions
- You have a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest in health and wellbeing trends and Saint Haven offerings
- You are people focused - you are genuine, honest and operate with integrity. You thrive on watching your team succeed and develop their skills and experience
- You are self-assured, patient, listen intently and speak clearly
- You are driven, perceptive, ask questions and always strive to understand the bigger picture
- A friendly, customer focused attitude with the drive to exceed member expectations
- You enjoy working in an exciting team environment of 50+ staff

The Casting Calls
We are looking for humble, wholesome individuals with a genuine interest in holistic health and wellbeing, who are committed to delivering excellence in everything they do. Our team members inspire wellness by being role models and passionate advocates for all we offer and stand for. We seek people who love meaningful connections and take joy in making others feel cared for and important.
On the 22nd and 23rd of June, we are hosting our incredible Casting Call days. This event will allow us to meet the wonderful, engaging, and passionate people who will become our new club champions. Over two days, we’ll have the chance to connect with express ‘Meet & Greets’ on Saturday and ‘Group Workshops’ on Sunday. We are excited to meet you at one (or two) these sessions!
