Housekeeper / Assistant Manager

Cumberland requires a housekeeper who can also perform the role of assistant operational manager. Cumberland Resort and Spa is a 10-unit boutique tourist accommodation property located on Norfolk Island in the South Pacific. Role and Responsibilities will include:
1. Housekeeping
2. Attend to Rooms
3. Manage Housekeeping Area and Linen Room
4. Laundry including ironing
5. Supply Management – Order and purchase supplies
6. Provide Breakfast Provisions in units
7. Service units
8. Garden care, general property maintenance; car cleaning and detailing
9. Act as Assistant Operations Manager, including reception, bookings and guest relations.
