About the role
We have multiple casual roles available across St Luke's and St Vincent's Private Hospitals ranging from night theatre cleaning to day shift ward cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
To reinforce hospital culture and spirit through team work and flexibility consistent with the staff orientation booklet
To be pro‐active, professional and friendly in all aspects of service and customer interaction.
Handle any customer complaint effectively and diplomatically to ensure the ultimate satisfaction of the customer.
To ensure all health and safety hazards are reported immediately.
To know and understand the hospital’s fire and evacuation procedures.
To ensure hospital policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
To ensure you consistently present yourself in a manner which makes a clear statement of professionalism maintaining sense of self‐pride which is reflected in both your appearance and your performance.
