AddressWe are currently looking for a Part-Time Housekeeping/Laundry/ Catering Assistant to join our team at Regis Caboolture, QLD. This role will assist the home in maintaining the highest possible standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence with a strong focus on minimising health risks and maximising safety.
Regis Caboolture is situated in a quiet residential precinct close to Central Lakes Shopping Village, and under 60 minutes to Brisbane CBD. Regis Caboolture has excellent public transport links and is close to childcare centres and local schools.
This is a Permanent Part-Time position with specific laundry, cleaning and catering shifts available at the following times:
Week 1 = 31 hours
Cleaning
- Tue 630-1200
- Wed 630-1230
- Fri 630-1230
- Sun 700-1330
Laundry
- Mon 1330-1700
- Tue 1330-1700
Week 2 = 35.5 hours
Cleaning
- Tue 630-1230
- Wed 630-1200
- Thu 630-1230
- Fri 630-1300
Laundry
- Thu 1330-1700
Catering
- Tue 1530-1930
- Wed 1530-1930
A day in the life of a Housekeeping/Laundry Assistant may see you:
- Ensure all laundry requirements are met each shift
- Working as part of a team to help others and demonstrate a team spirit
- Complete reporting and documentation based on Regis policy and procedure
- Always interact with the residents in friendly, helpful and positive manner
About you
- Previous experience in a laundry capacity/commercial laundry
- Previous cleaning experience in a commercial, health care or Aged Care environment
- Solid knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage and disposal of chemicals
- Previous experience working with and using cleaning equipment
- Clear communication skills both written and verbally
