The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is located on the central city fringe, just minutes from the CBD, Brisbane River, Suncorp Stadium and public transport. Overlooking the city skyline and Roma St Parklands, the Hotel features 179 spacious guest rooms with generous open-aired balconies, modern amenities, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness room, and an alfresco-style restaurant and bar.
We have an opportunity for a Casual Housekeeping Attendant to join our fast paced and dynamic housekeeping team.
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- Good communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
- Attention to detail.
- The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Thoroughly cleaning all sections of the guest rooms, such as changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and wiping down surfaces, all to ensure an exceptional first impression
- Complying with Accor’s ALLSafe practices for hygiene & cleanliness, and maintaining a high standard of presentation.
- Working in a fast paced environment.
- Respecting guest privacy and security, upholding our commitment to their comfort
- Reporting of maintenance issues promptly, showing your dedication to a flawless experience
