Main Responsibilities
- To Greet and engage with guests warmly and assist with any specific requirements
- Cleaning of guest rooms adhering to the standard required by the department and Hotel
- Use correct cleaning techniques to clean following OHS regulations
- Check and restock room amenities
- To check working order and report faults or damages to room furniture and or equipment
