SalaryThe Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for acasual member to join our team in the accommodation department as a HousekeepingAttendant. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for our guestsby maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our rooms, ensuring guests arecomfortable in their space, and providing warm and friendly service at alltimes.
- Service andclean all allocated guest rooms to the required standard and within therequired timeframes set.
- Handle guestenquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and a proactiveattitude.
- Stock andmaintain the housekeeping trolley, ensuring that adequate supplies areavailable and that the trolley is presentable at all times.
- Comply with allguest privacy and security procedures.
- Collaborate withfellow team members to complete tasks and troubleshoot issues.
- Adhere to allsafety and hygiene regulations. Handling all amenities, chemicals, andequipment according to specific instructions and in line with Workplace Health& Safety standards.
- Shiftsavailable: 7.30am - 12.30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. 10.00am - 1.30pm Saturdayand Sunday.

About You:
- Previous housekeeping experience ispreferred
- Have some flexibility regardingshift days and be available for rotating weekends
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to work
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exceptional communication
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Positive attitude
- Have a reliable car to drive to andfrom Maiden Gully
