Quest on William is a 50 rooms property located in Melbourne CBD. The property opened in 1998.
At Quest on William, we’re on the lookout for a new Housekeeper to join its team on a casual/part time/full time basis working 20-38 hours per week.
The Role
Quest on William’s housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.
In particular, the role iinvolves providing housekeeping and Room Attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom apartments and 3 bedroom) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs.
The Ideal Candidate
Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.
Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
