We are looking for Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Attendants to join the busy team at Mantra 100 Exhibition Melbourne. From its prime location amidst the beating heart of the Melbourne CBD, the property serves up some of the best located apartment accommodation Melbourne has to offer.
From early March 2023, the property has been managed by leading Adelaide based management company 1834 Hotels and franchised with Mantra Hotels. The property boasts over 80 apartments and will operate 7 days a week. There are one and two bedroom apartments available, suitable for those looking for a relaxing weekend, business trip or extended stay.
We are currently looking for a full team including:
- Housekeeping Attendants
The ideal candidates will have:
- A can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work with a strong work ethic;
- Prior experience advantageous in front office or housekeeping departments in a similar environment;
- Exceptional customer service skills; including friendly customer service demeanor;
- Proven ability to be a proactive individual with strong organisational and time management skills;
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills;
- A passion for exceeding guest expectations and providing a high standard of guest service;
- A strong eye for detail and a focus on accuracy of work;
- Ability to lead an eager team of Housekeeping Attendants;
- The ability to work collaboratively and effectively as part of a team;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming and
- A strong appreciation and compliance of workplace safety.
The roles can be suited to the successful candidates can be either permanent or casual, working a spread of shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
