Job Position: Housekeeping Checker (Team Leader)
Employment Status: Part-Time, 27.5 - 30 Hours
Roster Requirements: Friday to Tuesday, 9:30am – 3:30pm
On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include:
- Assist with training and lead new team members.
- Responsible for cleaning time frames and standards.
- Complete checklists and report cleaning concerns to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, as required.
- Complete Housekeeping Attendant duties, as required.
- Provide a duty of care to yourself and team members.
- Additional tasks within scope and skills, as directed by Management.
Personal Specifications
- Relevant previous experience required.
- Passionate in all areas of guest satisfaction and provide highest level of
- customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Ability to work rostered hours presented, and public holidays as required.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, written and verbal.
- Initiative and be a team player.
- Exceptional personal presentation
