Housekeeping Senior Supervisor
This position involves the management of a 5 star hotel in Surfers Paradise. You will have sound knowledge of all facets of housekeeping operations; have strong administrative abilities and be able to effectively roster, order, stock control and provide staff development and training.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervise the room attendants and common area cleaners
- Work alongside the client's management to plan and execute multiple housekeeping requirements.
- Establishing and implementing operational procedures and standards.
- Managing the hiring of, rostering and performance of employees.
- Training and mentoring your team.
- Planning and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping team.
- Inspecting all assigned areas to ensure standards are met and maintained.

- Drivers License is a must for this position
- Previous experience in a Hotel environment is essential

- Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays
Salary Package $65k plus superannuation
