About the Role
• Undertake the cleaning of all guest rooms ensuring all are cleaned and presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Support and assist in the training and monitoring of housekeeping employees to ensure consistent levels of productivity and quality of work.
• Attend to and address any housekeeping or cleaning issues as raised by other departments.
• Identify areas for improvements.
• Other duties as allocated by the Housekeeping and Rooms Division Managers.
About You
- Have previous experience in a resort (highly regarded).
- Posses previous supervisory experience or extensive housekeeping experience.
- Be immaculately presented.
- Focused and passionate about guest service.
- Well organised, with attention to detail.
- Team oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Have full availability
