We are seeking a new Housekeeping Supervisor to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team who believe in crafting incredible experiences for all guests.

The Role:

• Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
• Drive Rooms and Public Areas guest satisfaction across all outlets empowering our collaborators to provide service beyond our guests expectations 
• Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas 
• Ensure collaborators are following safe equipment systems, using PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and ensure material safety data sheets are accessible 
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and all other areas of the hotel 
• Assist in on-the-job department training to ensure all collaborators meet our high service standard 
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of our Hotel
• Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures

Your talents will include:

• Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel/tourism or hospitality industry 
• Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others 
• A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus 
• Your attention to detail is second to none
• Good organisational and time management skills 
• Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
