We are seeking a new Housekeeping Supervisor to work alongside a passionate and supportive hotel team who believe in crafting incredible experiences for all guests.
The Role:
- Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
- Drive Rooms and Public Areas guest satisfaction across all outlets empowering our collaborators to provide service beyond our guests expectations
- Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areas
- Ensure collaborators are following safe equipment systems, using PPE when handling cleaning chemicals and ensure material safety data sheets are accessible
- Collaborate closely with Front Office and all other areas of the hotel
- Assist in on-the-job department training to ensure all collaborators meet our high service standard
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments of our Hotel
- Promote the company health and well-being processes and procedures
- Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel/tourism or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others
- A passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focus
- Your attention to detail is second to none
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
