Are you an experienced and detail orientated Housekeeper with team leadership experience, great communication skills with a passion for people and service?   

If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we have a permanent opportunity for a Housekeeping Supervisor, working FIFO from either Townsville or Rockhampton on a 14/7: 10 hour day roster.

Who are we looking for? 

We are seeking an applicant with supervisory experience within a mine site/ village environment and or hotel, hospitality sector. It is imperative that you are organised and possess a mature and professional approach especially during times of pressure. 

The team’s focus is to clean multiple rooms & amenities and some office and other common areas, collect and dispose of rubbish, ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and that chemicals and products are used safely. As an employee of Sodexo, it is important that you have a positive, can-do attitude along with an adaptable mindset. 

We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate effective leadership skills, have an excellent work ethic with a focus on providing outstanding service to meet contract obligations, you will have a high level of knowledge and understanding of safety in the workplace. 

You will be someone who thrives on providing prompt and professional service when dealing with all stakeholders, displaying a strong team focus, excellent time management skills and ensuring that the service is carried out to the client’s standards.
