A rapidly growing serviced apartment provider is looking for our next Front Office superstar
An opportunity for a Full Time employee has become available to join our Sydney team. The main purpose of this role is to ensure we provide our guests with a spotless experience in their apartments and throughout the buildings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Oversee, maintain and enforce cleaning standards with the housekeeping teams.
· Ensure cleaning staff have sufficient linen, cleaning products and supplies to perform their duties.
· Identify preventative maintenance and routine deep cleaning items to keep apartments in good repair.
· Monitor, delegate and follow up on daily housekeeping related tasks.
· Visit each site regularly (5 locations within the Sydney Metro area)
· Weekly stocktake of linen, products and amenities.
· Keep dirty and clean linen organised to streamline pick up & delivery.
· Distribute products, supplies and amenities.
· Assist guests when required.
In order to maintain these responsibilities, the successful applicant must have:
· Previous experience in Housekeeping or Operations in a similar environment – 2 years minimum.
· Valid Australian Drivers License and own car (van or large car preferred).
· Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual
· Not be afraid to work hard and assist
· Be able to work independently and within a team environment
· Ability to work to tight deadlines and keep cool under pressure
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize
· Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) advantageous but not essential
· Availability to work days, weekends and public holidays
· Exceptional customer service with internal and external guests
· Excellent grooming and professional presentation at all times
