About You
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the role the Housekeeping Supervisor is to lead, motivate and meet deadlines. If you have an eye for detail want to offer nothing but the best service in a fun and fast environment, get in touch with us,
Tasks included:
- Anticipates and attend to the guest's needs and desires to make their day extra special
- Allocate and prepare daily task sheets for room attendants
- Inspect arrival and stayover rooms to the highest standards within the allocated time
- Manage stock levels, hotel and guest supplies
- Report and follow up maintenance tasks needing attention in guest and public spaces
- Follows our policies and procedures
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends
- Looks great in our uniform
- Looks out for guests and team and reports any potential health and safety hazards
- Welcomes all hotel guests in a warm manner
- Helps other departments or outlets when required (we are all in this together)
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS is an advantage.
