AddressReporting to the Hotel Manager, this Casual Public Areas Cleaner and Housekeeping Supervisor role offers diversity and challenge for a self motivated individual with attention to detail. Leading the housekeeping team and ensuring the complex is well presented at all times, this role is perfect for someone looking to develop their skills as a leader. On a daily basis, duties can range from some basic cleaning duties and basic in room repairs through to leading a diverse team of cleaners.
To excel in this role, you will have:
- Great attention to detail and finishing skills
- Friendly guest oriented attitude
- Be able to problem solve and identify long term solutions to maintenance issues
- Be experienced in basic maintenance and be able to complete these tasks to a high standard
- Be able to work with a diverse team to acheive outcomes and KPI's in cleaning
- Have a positive can do attitude and willingness to take on any task
- Be flexible in working hours
- Have experience in cleaning to be able to effectively lead a team to meet cleaning targets on a daily basis.
Experience in similar roles would be an advantage, but is not essential. Hours will be approximately 20 per week, predominantly on Monday - Friday.
