The Role
We are looking for a great person to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will take an active role in overseeing the daily functions of the housekeeping department throughout the property. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the cleanliness of our diverse range of accommodations, as well as ensuring that common areas are immaculate, all in alignment with the exceptional standards upheld by our Discovery brand.
What we're looking for
A housekeeper dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment and who takes pride in providing exceptional service
- Previous experience in a commercial housekeeping role
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to effectively delegate work and manage quality outcomes
- Effective coaching, mentoring and training skills
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
- A current valid drivers license is essential
