Turndown Attendant:

As a Turndown Attendant at our luxury 5-star hotel, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' comfort and satisfaction during their stay. You will be responsible for providing personalized and exceptional turndown services to our guests, ensuring their rooms are immaculately prepared for relaxation and rest. 

• To ensure that Capella Sydney standards of cleanliness and set up are maintained in the assigned rooms as per Forbes Standard.
• Handle all guest and internal complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, feedback guest complaints to Supervisor /Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper.
• To provide Evening Service to each room, including bathroom is cleaned thoroughly, and make the necessary arrangement in guest room and replenish guest supplies as per Forbes Standard.
• To inspect and clean all facilities, furniture and fixtures, and report any damage to the Housekeeping Team Leaders or Manager, and the communication center for action and follow up.
• To report all maintenance issues to the Communications Center, Housekeeping office and Supervisor.
• To attend to guest request and queries courteously and promptly in the course of duty as per Forbes Standard.
• To ensure all guest linen are changed daily as requested, emptied soiled linen, clean and tidies all pantry, storage cabinet and toilet.
• To notify your DND room by 2000hrs every day and again at 2100hrs all rooms that you are unable to service.

Talent Profile

• Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resorts
• Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, a team player and good at cultivating guest relations.
• Basic spoken English
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and surfaces
• Valid working rights in Australia
• Flexibility to accommodate evening shifts and weekend assignments, with availability between 5:00pm and 10:30pm on a rotating roster.
