About the candidate To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following: prior experience in a professional cleaning role with attention to detail; knowledge of safe chemical handling practices; a proactive, collaborative approach and a commitment to safety; ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work unsupervised; ability to carry out manual handling tasks with an understanding of safe work practices; understand of basic maintenance terminology; and excellent communication skills and ability to interact with tenants.
