About the Role Our purpose: “Together, Our House Your Home” Reporting to the Online Maintenance Supervisor Community Infrastructure, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair activities to approximately 1,200 residential properties in Port Hedland. This is a key role with a strong purpose in supporting the Supervisor in enabling the Community Infrastructure team to meet their commitment to provide well maintained residential homes. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe working environment. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime and disruptions. Collaborate with other stakeholders to prioritise maintenance needs and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues. Evaluate and recommend improvements to maintenance processes and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, coordinate services and ensure high-quality deliverables.
