Digital Metro North is seeking a HP5 DietitianSubject Matter Expert for a temporary fixed term full time engagement (part-time also considered), until 30 November 2024. The Dietitian Subject Matter Expert will work with a highly skilled digital project team to lead the implementation of an electronic patient meals management system across multiple Metro North Health facilities and directorates. Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Advanced level of Dietetics and clinical food service system service delivery knowledge, expertise and skills in a complex environment.
- Proven experience and thorough understanding of clinical workflows across Dietetics and Food services departments utilising a PMMS (CBORD preferable or equivalent).
- High level of organisational ability including project management experience, and the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and meet performance reporting requirements of programs and initiatives.
- Ability to lead change through improvement activities in a complex environment.
