About the Role
The HR Advisor supports our allied health team to source and retain talent by managing end-to-end recruitment, supporting employee life-cycle activities and providing general HR advice. You will have the chance to thrive in a knowledge-sharing and collaborative environment where you will be able to use your experience to:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including governance, strategic and operational aspects;
- Provide accurate and contemporary Human Resource advice;
- Build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders of all levels;
- Assist with process improvement and policy review; and
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner with Employee Relations matters.
About You
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be experienced in recruitment and have a knowledge of general HR practices;
- Be highly organised and have effective time management skills;
- Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
- Be proactive and innovative, with a solutions-based mindset; and
- Be flexible to adapt to change and embrace new ways of doing things.
Knowledge and/or experience of assisting with Employee Relations matters would be highly regarded.
