Multiquip is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Agitator Concrete Driver to join our team at our Picton location. This role involves operating HR-class trucks equipped with concrete agitator units to transport and deliver concrete materials to construction sites in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate HR-class vehicles equipped with concrete agitator units to transport concrete materials to and from construction sites.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies while driving and operating the Agitator Truck.
- Assist with loading and unloading concrete materials onto the vehicle as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the Agitator Truck to ensure its roadworthiness.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and routes.
- Deliver concrete materials to construction sites in a timely and efficient manner, following designated delivery instructions.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of concrete mixtures during transportation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the agitator unit, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Valid HR driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a concrete agitator driver or similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and safe driving practices.
- Ability to operate HR-class vehicles with precision and control, especially when transporting concrete materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet delivery deadlines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude for conducting vehicle inspections and minor repairs.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
